A: Yes, All ads in americas local ads are a "list until it sells bases",therefore you must renew your ad at no cost or it will expire after 30days!.
Q: I want to list my item, but there is no category that best fits it.
A: Please contact us to suggest a "new category".
Q: Can I report listings such as: spam, wrong category, etc?
A: Yes, click on the icon "exclamation" in the filtering bar above any listing.
Q: What types of graphics can I upload to my listing?
A: JPG's and JPEG's only
Q: My uploaded pictures don't show, why is that?
A: Make sure that the file name reads for example: mypic.jpg or mypic.jpeg, we don't accept any other format.
Q: Why does my picture look pixelated, blurry, messed up?
A: You must upload your graphic(s) with a minimum width of 640px "PX = pixels". In addition when you or someone else takes the picture, please use flash or a tripod to get a nice and steady shot.
Q: If I don't upload any graphic(s), how will my listing be displayed?
A: No graphic will appear on your listing, but having a graphic will increase the exposure of your listing.
Q: Can I purchase multiple listings at one time?
A: Yes

Q: How can I get my advertisement to display on the home page?
A: Refer to the Advertisement Pricing specifications on our pricing page.
Q: Can I place a long vertical advertisement?
A: No, not at this time
Q: Can I add a hyperlink to my uploaded advertisement?
A: Yes, this must be done, prior to your purchase.
Q: Can I upload animated advertisements?
A: No, only JPG's and JPEG's are accepted
Q: What are the size dimensions for each advertisement?
A: Measure in Pixels of width = 200px and height = 200px
Q: Is there an expiration on my advertisements?
A: Yes, your advertisement will run for 3 months and then will need to be renewed (you'll be notified via email when renewal is needed).
Q: Why was my advertisement removed?
A: You might have violated our Terms of Use or was reported by someone on our site.
Q: I accidentally deleted my advertisement, Is there an un-do feature?
A: No, please provide an explanation by filling out the form on the Contact page - we will review and reply with a response.

Q: Why does the users login look different?
A: Well, we want allow the user maximum usability without having all the extras crowding up the page.
Q: I cannot login, what's happening?
A: First off, do you have account with us? If so, the fields are case-sensitive, make sure the caps lock is not enabled. In addition, if you have violated our terms of use, your account may have been banned.

A: No, not at this time.

Q: Does your site allow the use of different languages?
A: No, not at this time.
Q: I can't view any of the sub-categories, how do I accomplish this?
A: Click on any of the black headings on the left side and it'll open up.
Q: I have to scroll left and right to see your site, how can this be fixed?
A: Please adjust your monitors screen resolution to 1024x768 or higher, depending on type of monitor also.
Q: Does your site have annoying pop-up windows, displaying advertisements?
A: No, if something like this happens to you - you might have adware on your local computer
Q: The text is too small to read on the screen, what can be done about this?
A: Depending on your internet browser, there is an option to "zoom in or zoom out" - this will work just fine.

A: Select from the drop-down box at the top of each page (excludes "My Account")
A: Yes, look for the [lock graphic] on any page in "My Account".
Q: What do the icons with a Question Mark, represent?
A: These icons display a tooltip of important information about that field or section.

A: Deal with people in your area, Do not wire funds, Beware of fake cashier checks and money orders, Never share private information, Avoid shipping and escrow services.
Q: Will my email be listed on your site?
A: No, but it'll be stored in our database for "My Account" purposes.
Q: Do you store/save my credit card information?
